Reviews: BLVD NYC
BLVD NYC

Rare for a club to have a huge sign in front of the brick and mortar to announce itself but BLVD does just that. Usually the good clubs are hidden and only reveal themselves in back doors in alleys with door men within. BLVD screams out to you and is equally unforgettable.

BLVD is a great place to unwind after a long week at work. The main room is a large party room with booths along the walls, a bar and large dance floor. Lighting is quite perfect as it is not too dark nor too bright and you should have no problem with photo taking. The DJ booth faces the 1,500 sq. ft. of floor space. The decor boast contemporary wood trim with plenty of earth tone colors. There is also a separate elevated area with extra seating and music all its own.

Bottle service at BLVD is great. No waiting and they are willing to work with you with any request you may have. If you want to unwind with single drinks they are properly mixed.

Weather you are a  hardcore Omarion dancers or just a closet air drummer the music is Top 40, Hip-Hop, House, R&B and Pop. There is coat check so you don't have to be bundled up on the floor and throughout.

The dress of the crowd wasn't anything special. Not posh at all. But that may have been due to the open mic session going on in the separate but connected Crash Mansion. At least all were well groomed.

BLVD is super classy and clean looking venue which is a great weekend hangout or a good place to host an event. There is a fun atmosphere, decent bar and large size. Good lines and a good place to party.
