Chronicling the life of the super group of Joseph "Run" Simmons, Darryl "DMC" McDaniels and Jason "Jam Master Jay" Mizeland and how they crossed Hip Hop and Pop cultures. The untimely murder of DJ Jam Master J will also be explored.
Cocker just previously co-wrote the "Notorious" movie on the life of Christopher Wallace a.k.a. The Notorious B.I.G.
